Responsible for purchasing materials and coordinating activities involved with procuring goods and services to assist in the successful bidding and execution of projects. Requests bids then analyses vendor pricing and capacity, to meet budget and project requirements, negotiating if necessary. Presents recommendations to project teams, and prepares contracts for the work.

Preferred Qualifications (in addition to minimum qualifications)
Bachelor degree in Construction Management or equivalent
Two to five years experience in the construction industry
Practical knowledge of construction methods and application of principles
Ability to read blueprints
High School Diploma or equivalent and at least one to two years experience with ISEC or similar environment
Detailed, organized, able to manage time and priorities to assist with multiple projects and comfortable with a fast paced schedule
Good communication skills
Good computer skills
Able to work in a professional environment, working both with internal and external customers
